January 2026 Market Update

The Fraser Valley1 started the year off slowly, similarly to how the year ended. With only 619 sales across the region, the number of sales was almost 25% lower compared to one year ago. The benchmark composite price was 6.9% lower than the same time last year, hitting $897,200. This is the first time it has been below $900K since April 2021. Here’s a look at some stats for the Fraser Valley real estate board:
