January 2026 Market Update

The Fraser Valley¹ started the year off slowly, similarly to how the year ended. With only 619 sales across the region, the number of sales was almost 25% lower compared to one year ago. The benchmark composite price was 6.9% lower than the same time last year, hitting $897,200. This is the first time it has been below $900K since April 2021. Here’s a look at some stats for the Fraser Valley real estate board:
